Supportata dalla propria esperienza industriale, Finregg SpA ha concentrato gran parte dei propri investimenti immobiliari in fabbricati destinati alla manifattura.
Al 31 dicembre 2022 le diverse proprietà insistevano su una superfice di 200.000 mq dei quali oltre 68 mila mq edificati, destinati a uffici, a laboratori e a stabilimenti di produzione, locati a primari gruppi industriali.
A questi asset si aggiungono due prestigiose unita immobiliari “direzionali”, rispettivamente di 600 mq. presso Carpi e di 850 mq. presso Reggiolo in via G. Matteotti 65, attuale Sede Operativa.
Tuti gli immobili – realizzati secondo avanzati criteri d’efficienza energetica e sicurezza – presentano caratteristiche costruttive che garantiscono bassi costi di gestione e manutenzione, efficienza operativa e comfort per il personale impegnato nelle diverse attività.
Nel 2016 il nuovo stabilimento industriale di via Fermi 1/3 a Reggiolo – locato a Comer Industries SpA – ha ottenuto, nell’ambito della Settimana della Bioarchitettura e della Domotica, la Menzione Speciale Green Industries perché riconosciuto come una delle “migliori architetture industriali ecocompatibili italiane”.

As of December 31st, 2022 the owned properties occupied an area of 200,000 m2, of which over 68,000 were buildings dedicated to office environments, labs and manufacturing facilities that were rented out to important industrial groups.
Two high-end, executive-class real estate units - 600 m2 in Carpi and 850 m2 in Reggiolo, which is the current 65, Via Matteotti Headquarter - added up to the portfolio.
All the buildings - which were realized according to advance criteria of safety and energy efficiency - have technical features that ensure cost savings as well as low maintenance, operational efficiency and ergonomics.
The new “Via Fermi 1/3” industrial workshop - located in Via Fermi, Reggiolo and rented out to Comer Industries SpA - achieved the “Green Industries Special Mention” within the 2016 “Bioarchitecture and Domotics Week”, as it was recognized as one among the “best environmentally friendly industrial buildings of Italy”.
